A truly momentous and meaningful General Meeting, reflecting both the strength of our leadership and the unity of our CHALC family.

The election of officers for the 2026–2027 term marks a new chapter of service, guided by dedicated leaders ready to carry forward our mission with integrity and vision. We proudly recognized Lion Dolly Livas with the Membership Key Award which is an inspiring testament to commitment in growing our organization. Our Emerging Lions Leadership Institute (ELLI) graduates Lions Marie Joy Castor Carino Anne Caerel Garcia Pampolino were also honored, exemplifying excellence in leadership development and readiness to serve at a higher level.

The celebration continued as we recognized our birthday celebrants, inducted new members into our growing family, and engaged in meaningful discussions on both old and new business, ensuring continuity, progress, and innovation in all that we do. Announcements of upcoming CHALC awards and recognitions further energized the membership, highlighting the impact of service and dedication across the organization.

With heartfelt gratitude, we listened to the message of our outgoing president, one that reflected on achievements, challenges, and the collective effort that brought CHALC to continued success.
